In the event of an intercom malfunction, we recommend a short-distance function test.
The purpose of this test is to ensure that your malfunction is not linked to a fault in your installation (cut, severed or damaged cable).
Unplug your AC adapter before working on the device.

Lower the circuit breaker associated with your appliance.
Step 2: Dismantling your door station
Remove the door station from its wall bracket by removing the safety screw on the underside of the door station.
Unclip the terminal block.
Disconnect the two wires connecting terminals 1 and 2 of the monitor to terminals 1 and 2 of the door station (also disconnect terminals 3,4 and 5,6 if you have an electric strike and a gate).
Bring your door station close to your indoor monitor.
Step 3: Dismantling the monitor
Remove the monitor from its stand by lifting it upwards and carefully turning it over.
Disconnect the wires from terminals 1 and 2.
Step 4: Short-distance connection
Take a 2m cable with a cross-section of 1.5mm² and connect terminal 1 of the monitor to terminal 1 of the door station (red wire on the diagram).
Take a 2m cable with a 1.5mm² cross-section and connect terminal 2 of the monitor to terminal 2 of the door station (blue wire on the diagram).
Please note: the connection terminals on the door station have a direction. It is imperative to respect the direction, otherwise malfunctions may occur (unwanted calls, call button not working, etc.).
Step 5: Power-up and functional test
Reconnect your mains adapter to the 230V
or
Raise the circuit breaker associated with your appliance.
Make sure the product is working properly.
