• Turn the monitor over to gain access to the fixing screws.
• Unscrew the 6 Phillips screws.

• Using a plastic spatula, insert it into the lower part of the monitor.
• Lever up to remove the rear support from the monitor.
• Please note that the speaker is located on the rear bracket and is connected to the motherboard. Please lift the rear bracket carefully

• Remove the speaker connector using small pliers.
• Do not pull on the wire, as this may damage it.
• You can now remove the monitor’s rear bracket.

• Disconnect the microphone using a small pair of pliers
• Do not pull on the wire, as this may damage it.

• Slide the plastic spatula under the wifi antenna and lever upwards to disconnect it.

• Unlock the video panel by pushing back the two latches with a small flathead screwdriver.
• Slide the plastic spatula under the video tablecloth and remove it.

• Do the same for the touch screen panel.
• Unlock the tablecloth by pushing back the two latches with a small flathead screwdriver.
• Slide the plastic spatula under the tablecloth and remove it.

• Remove the two Phillips screws holding the motherboard to the chassis.
• You can now remove the motherboard and replace it.

• When replacing the motherboard, make sure that the terminal strips are inserted into the slots provided.
• Refasten the two Phillips screws on the motherboard.

• Replace the video connection ribbon and the touchscreen ribbon. Don’t forget to push back the locking catches.
• Replace the microphone connector
• Replace the Wifi antenna

• Replace the speaker connector
• You can now reposition the monitor’s rear support.

• Don’t forget to tighten the 6 monitor screws.

The replacement is complete

• Test short-range operation before final reinstallation.
