• In the event of production problems, please check the performance of your inverter from the :
• Press “PV power”.

• The “Photovoltaic voltage” value corresponds to the voltage supplied by your solar panels. With 4 compliant solar panels in full sunlight, you should have a value of 34V
• The “Photovoltaic current” value corresponds to the current produced by your solar panels. This value will depend on the positioning of your solar panels and the sun’s light output. A good exposure should be around 10A.

Example of a poorly connected or faulty solar panel

• Photovoltaic voltage is incorrect
• Photovoltaic current is correct

Incorrect exposure or low light intensity

• Photovoltaic voltage is correct
• Photovoltaic current is incorrect

This is the most frequent case, and depends on the sun’s luminous power, temperature and exposure.

It’s normal to have these values in autumn and winter.

Check solar panel exposure

the microinverter has a maximum efficiency of 92.7%.

Electricity production depends on :

• Panel orientation: make sure all 4 panels face due south.
• Panel temperature: too high or too low a temperature will trip the inverter and limit its performance.
• Whether or not the panels are shaded: even a small amount of shade on the panels will result in a drop in performance.
• Tilt: It is essential to use the brackets supplied to maintain a 30° tilt.
• Inverter efficiency: The 400W of the solar kit is the maximum peak output of the panels. As the inverter has a maximum efficiency of 92.7%, effective production will be lower.

• Please check the tutorial “meaning of inverter LEDs”.

• The inverter must calibrate itself to the electrical grid in order to produce power. If the LED is solid red, the inverter is not connected to 230V or there is no current in the socket.
• If these parameters are correct, the inverter is malfunctioning.

• Make sure your electrical installation is in order. Unplug the SORIA kit from your socket and reset the circuit breaker.
• If the circuit breaker does not trip, the inverter has failed.

• Make sure the inverter is not exposed to the outside of the solar panel.

• Make sure the inverter is within range of your internet box.
• The inverter is compatible with a 2.4Ghz WiFi network only.
• Make sure the antenna is correctly positioned on the inverter
• The antenna must be installed by hand and must not be locked or tightened with a wrench.
• If the antenna rotates in a vacuum, the inverter has failed.
