This tutorial will show you how to use the 3CX Conference application, which will enable you to have a video call with a technician as part of your technical support. This is an official application. Our technical support team uses the 3CX solution to manage hotline calls. We strongly recommend that you download and install the application before making a phone call to our technical support team. During video conferencing, your smartphone must have a good WIFI or DATA (4G/5G) connection.

By default, the camera that will be used by the application and broadcast the video stream to the technician will be your selfie camera (on the same side of the screen). For ease of use, we recommend choosing your smartphone’s front camera. To select this camera, press once on the screen. The settings page opens. Click on the icon at the top right to toggle the camera.
