Extel Umii’s XB500 model for swing gates offers numerous features for quick and efficient installation of your motor. A number of tools are included in the kit:
- an installation template with the necessary markings for mounting the motor
- a motor mounting bracket for attachment to the pillar, for safe suspension of the motor unit
- special tools make it easy to install the two articulated arms
- tool-free terminal block for fast, clean wire connections
- the physical limit stops for opening and closing your leaves are already integrated into the motor

In addition to opening/closing via the Umii app, you can keep control of access to your home at all times:
- use the Android Auto app to open and close your doors if your car is so equipped
- give opening/closing commands to your Google Home/Alexa voice assistant
