It eliminates the need for batteries in doorbell buttons.

In concrete terms, when you press the button, the pressure of your finger generates a small amount of mechanical energy, which is immediately transformed into an electrical signal to trigger the chime.

This technology makes doorbells both easier to install (100% wireless) and more durable in everyday use.
